Privacy Policy

When you use a form on this site we collect the details you type in — usually your name, email address, company, phone number and a short note about your business or the bottleneck you want to fix. Assessment tools also store your answers and the score they produce, so we can send you the result. Every submission is saved to our own database before any email is sent, along with the campaign or link that brought you here.

A copy of each enquiry is emailed to our team mailboxes (info@10xgrowth.com.au, leads@10xgrowth.com.au and our CEO neerajk@10xgrowthlabs.ai) so it can be answered quickly. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.

Event and product payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and security codes go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers — we keep only the order record (what you bought, when, and the contact details you gave us).

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads cookies to understand which pages are read and which campaigns bring visitors. These set cookies on your device and are shared with Google under its own privacy terms.

We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful — to answer you, to follow up once about the request you made, and to meet our accounting obligations. Marketing emails go only to people who ticked the consent box, and every one carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Ask us and we will correct or delete what we hold about you.
